All gym equipment is available to use during the following business hours:
Monday & Thursday 7am to 8pm
Tuesday and Wednesday 7am to 9pm
Friday 7am to 6pm
Saturdays 8am-12pm
Sundays - Only open for kids classes check schedule
CLASS SCHEDULE
There is a capacity limit for all classes.
Please book your spot and don't forget to bring your gloves if necessary and bring your mat if you prefer to use your own.
ALL CLASSES CAN BE MODIFIED TO FIT YOUR FITNESS LEVEL
CORE ARMS and BOOTY
1/2 hour solely focused on core, arms and booty strength.
CARDIOBOX
1 hour full-body workout. Incorporating cardio, light weights, and kickboxing
KICKBOXING
1 hour of an action-packed full-body workout.
YOUNG WARRIORS
Ages 8 to 12
Making fitness fun while keeping the kids moving!
ZUMBA
Enjoy 1 hour of this amazing dance workout.
BOOTCAMP
30 minutes high intensity full body workout.
BOYS to MEN - Teen Boys
Ages 13-18
30 minutes of teaching teen boys discipline, peer building and learning to love fitness
Weight Training Circuit
30 minutes of learning how to use the machines and weights
Kettlebell Training
30 minutes of full body strength training using kettlebells
