All gym equipment is available to use during the following business hours:

Monday & Thursday 7:30am to 8pm 

Tuesday and Wednesday 7:30am to 9pm

Friday 7:30am to 6pm

Saturdays 8am-12pm

  Sundays - Closed

We are NOW 24 hours with Membership

CLASS SCHEDULE

There is a capacity limit for all classes.

Please book your spot, if you can not make class please cancel your spot. 

Minimum of 2 people to run all classes

Core Arms & Booty 

30 minutes solely focused on core, arms and booty strength. 

 

Cardio Beat Box 

30 minutes of full-body workout. Incorporating cardio, light weights, and kickboxing

Kickboxing

1 hour of an action-packed full-body workout.

Pound Unplugged

30 minutes high intensity full body workout.

Zumba

1 hour of this amazing fun dance workout.

Bootcamp

30 minutes high intensity full body workout.

Teen Weight Training & Teen Boot Camp 

30 minutes of teaching teens boys & girs discipline, peer building and learning to love fitness

Weight Training Circuit

30 minutes of learning how to use the machines and weights 

Soca Fit 

30 minutes of dancing to Caribbean music while doing light weight training at the end of class.

 

Step & Stretch 

30 minutes of stepping to some oldies & new music with 15 minutes stretching at the end class.
